ESO has moved supplier invoicing to the ESO Supplier Invoice Portal. This portal allows you to submit electronic invoices, accept early payment offers and offers 24/7 visibility into purchase orders, invoice status and payment details. To learn more, please click here.
For all other invoice issues, contact the procurement representative on your purchase order.
Badging and IT Access
Customers and suppliers: If you are planning frequent visits to any ULA site, please contact your ESO point of contact (POC) to determine if you are eligible for badged access to our facilities.
If you require access to ESO's IT resources and applications, please ask your ESO POC for an IT Access Request Form.
